Nature Writer & Wanderer

Finding stillness
in a living world

I write about forests, rivers, and the slow conversations we have with nature — if we remember to listen.

About Me

A life rooted in
the natural world

I'm a writer, wanderer, and keeper of a well-worn nature journal. For as long as I can remember, the outdoors has been where I make sense of things — where I find the right words, work through hard questions, and feel most like myself.

This journal is where I gather the things I notice: the smell of rain on dry bark, the language of bird calls at dawn, the way light changes through seasons and teaches you something new every time.

I believe nature is not separate from everyday life — it is everyday life, if we pay attention. Here, I share what paying attention has taught me.
